These terms apply to your use of getmasterpicks.com (the “Store”), operated by MasterPicks, based in Spring, Texas, USA. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

2. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel an order suspected of fraud or placed with incorrect information; any charge will be refunded. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Product use

Use products according to their instructions and for their intended purpose. Keep small parts away from young children.

5. Intellectual property

Store content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to MasterPicks or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
